These terms cover the website only. Buying seafood from us comes with our trade terms, which we give you with your first quote.

Information on the site

Species notes, seasons, storage times and cooking guides are general guidance. Your quote and your own food control plan set what applies to your order and your kitchen.

We keep the site accurate and up to date. If something looks wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.

Enquiries

An enquiry isn't an order. We reply with what's available, the price and the delivery date, and nothing is agreed until you accept the quote.

Our content

The words, logo and images on this site belong to us. Don't copy them for commercial use without asking.

Law

New Zealand law governs these terms. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
