What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect what you type into the form:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your business name and what kind of buyer you are, if you tell us
• The seafood you asked about and your message
• The page you sent the form from

How we use it

We use it to reply to your enquiry, prepare your quote and talk to you about your order. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.

Who handles it

Two services help us run the site:

• Vercel hosts the website and counts page visits without cookies or personal details.
• Resend delivers enquiries to our inbox by email.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your order and our records, then delete them.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. To ask about this, email office@sakanaglobal.co.nz or call 09 242 3676, or use the contact page.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
